We had a problem with our dishwasher which resulted in it not draining. We phoned some local companies first, but it was over a week until they could attend, then we phoned NAC and they could attend within 24 hours.
The engineer arrived and got to work straight away and everything seemed to work OK, unfortunately while he was with us, he received a phone call from an irate customer after which he asked if he could leave early, leaving the machine on test.
Within 5 minutes of him leaving, the problem reasserted itself, but as we had his phone number, we called him and he said he would return the next day.
The next day, he returned and after some investigation, located the problem. Since then we have use the machine several times and it seems the problem has been solved.
Very pleasant engineer, very polite knowledgable. Was able to pay by debit card after the first visit – the second visit was not charged for.
