I was originally given a Monday date for my repair which was fine. However the engineer called on the Friday before and asked were we at home as he was coming to do our repair. He came around 4pm sorted the problem in minutes. He was very pleasant very professional. I was pleased and would call this company again
Rang to book a call out and had amazing customer service from Rebecca. How nice to get a friendly convivial person on the phone who was happy to help and work around the fact the property was tenanted so needed a slightly different payment arrangement. Here’s hoping the call out and repair are as easy.
The Engineer was helpful and friendly. he obviosly knew the machine was not end of life and repaired it quite quickly.
