I discovered I had a drainage problem on Sunday morning and requested later that day for a visit. I was able book one on line very easily for the following day. I received a reassuring phone call on the Monday morning confirming the visit was booked. Later I recd a call from your fitter confirming he would arrive within 30 mins – he did.
The repair was carried out efficiently and all was sorted within the hour – very impressive and thank you.

We would have preferred our local repairer to have looked at our faulty washing machine, but he was unavailable for a week, so we booked NAC Cardiff, and Ashley came the next day, found that the element had burnt out, and offered to order a new one. We were pre informed of the cost, and agreed, and it was fitted the following week. Thank you to Ashley, who did an efficient job and cleared up well afterwards.
