We had Graeme out to fix our leaking washing machine. He found the issue quickly and was able to come sooner than expected with the replacement part. He also replaced the plug which had corroded and didn’t become apparent until he was testing it. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend.
Very happy! Great price and much cheaper than I thought to fix my oven. Lots of communication and a great system for arranging a time for the engineer to come out. The engineer was very polite and clear about what he was doing. I will use this company from this point onwards.
The engineer was courteous and helpful, he needed to remove some kitchen fascias to get to the washing machine, he very much knew what he was doing, solved the problem and replaced everything to its former condition, extremely pleased, would use again in a heart beat.

We had an integrated dishwasher repair that needed done, and the service was great – engineer attended when they said he would, he was polite and efficient, and he had to order a part and return, but that was done efficiently too, and we are very pleased with the work. Would highly recommend.
