When I rang NAC about a fault with my combination microwave Rebecca answered quickly and arranged an engineer to call the next day. When the engineer arrived he had to order the replacement parts and said he would call me when he received them and arrange another visit to carry out the repair, which he did.
The service from Rebecca and the engineer was excellent and I would recommend using NAC for home appliance repairs.

The engineer was competent and friendly, but the new switch that had to be fitted on my dishwasher was not available in the vehicle, so this had to be ordered.
This delayed the job for some days. Fortunately this was of only minor concern.
