Nick, our technician, was smart, on time, clearly knowledgable about the whole gamut of white goods and spotted the problem with our washer-dryer immediately, which was a simple reset of the thermal overload device. Nevertheless, he observed a complete cycle of the machine to demonstrate it was working and gave us much sensible advice as to how operate it better to help maintain it in good condition. Nick was brilliant and, based on his performance, I would not hesitate wholeheartedly to recommend NAC’s services to friends and acquaintances.
