One half of our Flavel Milano cooker ceased to function.I checked reviews and chose NAC on the strength of those reviews.An appointment was made for 3 days ahead We had to cancel that one so the next was made for 5 days later. We had to cancel that so another was made for 2 days ahead .James the tech arrived and diagnosed the problem but had to order the part.The initial fee that is charged is for the eng visit and repair but not the cost of the part( all explained when booking appointment).We received a quote for the cost of the part(fair price) and agreed to go ahead.Appointment was made for 12 days later and repair was completed.James was very polite and efficient in completing the job.
