I hesitated using what was an unknown company to me and being of a cynical nature always expecting to be embroiled in a moneymaking racket, but hey! I was wrong engineer came exactly as agreed, he knew his stuff for sure, located the fault and explained exactly what was wrong and what was needed. One week later he returned with replacement part and I less than one hour later it was and remains working perfectly. Frankly I couldn’t have received a better service, many thanks

I have been looking for a white goods repair company for a while, many not coming back to me or not answering. I booked with NAC and the engineer Stuart promptly called me to confirm availability. Also, to say that he might be able to fit me in that day, which he did. He was super helpful and friendly and I’m now back up and running for a fraction of the price of buying a new one. Would definitely recommend NAC for appliance repairs.

Within 24 hrs from making contact we had an engineer contact us to have a next day repair. Extremely helpful and thorough – we had a speedy resolution. I’d have no hesitation in calling this company again if we need help with any other household appliances in the future.

Fast efficient service and very helpful and very knowledgeable

Dealing with NAC was so easy and quick. The engineer came the next day, on time and was thorough in examining my fridge freezer. Even though the appliance was unrepairable he was very honest, sympathetic and suggested I contact the retailer, which I have done. I had a receipt with a report on the breakdown within minutes to send with my complaint to the supplier of the fridge freezer. NAC are so efficient. I recommend them 100%.
