Repair man turned up on time the next day. Very knowledgeable and polite, knew exactly what was wrong with the washing machine, tested it, fixed it within the hour.
Same day repair. Engineer identified blocked airflow as cause of fridge failure in our american style fridge freezer. Removed internal paneling to clear. Friendly and explained cause. Excellent value.

After an initial challenge of working to get the integrated washing machine out the engineer dutifully came back once I’d got the machine out and made it accessible. He diagnosed the issue and repaired our machine quickly and efficiently. Felt like good value with no additional cost for call-out a second time.
