Engineer arrived promptly and carried out an extensive inspection of our fridge freezer before telling us it was knackered and giving us a good explanation as to why this had happened . He also gave advise as to what fridge freezer to buy which was useful

From the moment I found this company online for my broken dishwasher everything was brilliant. The ease of booking online, the quick response and appointment booking to coming out was incredible. Taylor the man who came out was wonderful, kind, polite and was not going to give up trying to fix it. With a part ordered and return journey to change it in less than a few days, he did it. Cleaning any mess behind him. Faultless he was perfect. Dishwasher working and I have recommended the company ( and Taylor) to my friends

Having been let down by my appliance insurer’s contractor, I was pleased to have a really good experience when I called NAC to check for a quick response. Having confirmed with the insurer that I would be reimbursed, I called back to book and was impressed with with the friendliness, professionalism and speed of response. A great contrast with the assigned contractor which had offered a 5 day delay, cancelled on the the day and rebooked for another 7 days time – Becky booked an engineer for the next day.
