The moment the engineer arrived with these tools and sat down and picked the door up and within minutes on the line eat sorted it his first rate very nice chap. I would recommend him anywhere but as you say, you pay the price and side minutes or hours, I’m glad I was was only minutes Thank you for the engineer

Called up and a very helpful employee (Becky) took my details explained the Booking procedure and what would happen next. Got an appointment for someone to come out and fix the cooker chimney hood within 2 days. A very smooth, easy and helpful procedure.

From the moment I picked up the phone to the completion of the job this company delivered! Our engineer Brian was friendly, professional and quickly resolved the issue.
After struggling to find someone to even come out to look at my dishwasher I contacted NAC and an appointment was made for between 7 and 8 today engineer arrived at 7.30 dishwasher was repaired by 8 and engineer explained what the problem was and how to prevent it happening again

Your engineer was prompt, very efficient and most helpful. He made a temporary repair to the oven controls and promised to order a replacement part and return to fit it in due course. I am expecting his return before long.
