Jason the repair man turned up early and got straight to it and fix my issue with my washing machine within the hour mark. Blocked waste pipe but needed to be taken apart to access and fully clean. Top work

Repair to a broken cooker hood carried out by Petco. Fortunately we had already purchased a spare unit as we had heard that the manufacturer was likely to cease trading. Petco arrived promptly and fitted the new unit for us. Gave us plenty of notice of his arrival time and carried out the repair at the previously agreed price. The lady who was first point of contact was very helpful and arranged everything. All in all a very good experience and would definitely use again.
The repair man came the day after we booked at 9am prompt. He looked to find the problem on our fridge/freezer as it had stopped freezing food. He said it was the fan that had stopped working & that he would try to find one. He msgd saying he couldn’t find one for that particular brand, & he apologised. He was very pleasant. Would certainly recommend this company even though the problem wasn’t fixed.
NAC and the engineer Nathan communications were excellent re the time of arrival…vital to us as residents are disabled and I needed to be present.
Nathan was prompt, polite, respectful to my Dad (who may just have been tootling around slightly in the way!)
Luckily it was a quick fix but would certainly use NAC again. Thank you
