Rebecca was very helpful, polite and professional. She quickly informed me that the company would be able to assist with the issue with our oven. An engineer was arranged for the next day which was quicker than expected. The payment process was clearly explained and all questions were answered.
The fault was detected on the first visit but it meant a new part had to be ordered. This came, it has been fitted and our 20 year old condenser drier is now working and is as good as new.

I made a next day appointment and the engineer called 2 hours later and said he could drop by that day. The dishwasher was fixed after a short period of diagnostics and I can’t recommend highly enough. These people know their stuff and are very professional. The £90 call out charge is well worth the comparative cost of £600+ for a new appliance.
