Engineer arrived promptly and on time, great service at a reasonable price.

*Recent repair of Bosch fridge freezer . Easy online booking service with same day appointment arranged . My engineer rang to let know he was coming . He was on time ,polite and friendly . He identified the fault and did a temporary fix which was really helpful until the part was available . I received a text within minutes with an estimate of the cost of repair. Option to accept and book second repair appointment online was also easy to use . I had to speak to someone regarding this and the person in the office was very helpful . In terms of cost the initial call out was very reasonable but once the price of repair was factored in they were a little more expensive than the service offered by Bosch . However I would absolutely use this company again for their excellent customer service at all stages of the process .

Great company. Very easy to book on line with speedy automatic text responses and they were able to offer availability the next day. V impressed would def use again and recommend. Machines fixed in two sittings as parts needed to be ordered but was kept up to date
