Engineer was very good, got the problem sorted and diagnosed a burnt board. Got the part ordered and was fitted a few days later.

The service was exceptional. The engineer Nick Murray arrived promptly to diagnose the fault in our very elderly Neff fridge freezer and returned equally promptly to fix it. He was courteous and honest. I would definitely recommend this company.
