Highly Recommended. My oven stopped working, I booked in a repair online and Florin arrived promptly, was very friendly and professional, and explained to me what needed fixing and sorted it out with no fuss. Will definitely use this company again!

It was easy to book an appointment for the repair of my domestic microwave. The engineer called the morning of the appointment to confirm the time. When he arrived he was polite and very quick to identify the fault and repair it. Following the repair he thoroughly carried out safety checks before tidying up and leaving. The whole process was easy and well coordinated by the team with text and email keeping me informed from start to finish. Happy to recommend and most importantly it cost less than buying a new unit.

Very polite and very helpful

The repair person was a lovely straightforward chap who told us our fridge freezer was unrepairable because the gas was leaking. He rang to say he had a cancellation and could come earlier than the booking which meant our food was saved because we rushed out and bought a new fridge freezer whilst the displaced meat was crammed into a small freezer overnight. Some food stayed in the broken freezer as the gas had not yet leaked out and the repair man explained the fridge goes first then the top draw of the freezer and downwards. That information really helped because we could put fridge food in the top drawer that was still cool.

The engineer visited when they said and carried out the work needed very speedily and efficiently. The fact that we knew the cost before agreeing the visit was very useful and we thought it was good value too.

Had my Neff combi microwave oven fixed by Charlie. Very polite & professional guy, kept me updated on arrival times and whilst carrying out the repair.
NAC also very helpful with appointment dates & time.
Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Becky tried to arrange an urgent repair for a fridge freezer. She was very helpful and pleasant throughout. However the problem was rectified by me and the repair visit was cancelled.
I will rely on NAC in the future if required.

I was kept informed when and who would be attending. the technician came when expected. Very polite and helpful.

I often feel wary of tradesmen but this guy gave me trust and confidence that he was able to rectify the problem. The job was done in 45 mins and I’d thought I’d have cost of parts which however were not needed.
Very pleased with the outcome of the visit.
