Fridge stopped working and appeared to be a fault with thermostat from my research.
Called and spoke with a lovely lady, explained situation and booked an engineer that day to come the next working day.
I also spoke with the engineer to explain issue who agreed it sounds like the thermostat so I sent a pic of the part so he came on site with it and fixed/replaced within 30 minutes. Call out and part totalled £150, which was a hole lot less than buying a new fridge!! Great service. Thanks.

Sent text to say on the way. Arrived on time. Professional, inspired gentle confidence (so many repair people are ooh, ahh it might be fixable but…. when we are in a time when cost of living and enviromental concerns matter.) They knew what they were doing and took their methodical time to ensure problem rectified properly.

The gentleman who repaired our washing machine phoned in advance, arrived on time, was cheerful, friendly and efficient. He explained the fault, replaced the defective part and was finished within twenty minutes.

Great service and helpful and informative service technician arrived and resolved the issue we had with the dishwasher.
