From the first point of contact with NAC I knew straight away that I had made the right choice. The whole process from the initial phone enquiry to the fixing of our washing machine was a breeze. I booked online for a tumble dryer repair. Really easy process with loads of choices of dates. Had a message the morning of to give a time window. Engineer was friendly & knowledgeable and found the problem quickly. Part was ordered and he was back a week later to fix. Really happy with the whole process and will definitely use NAC again.
