Nick arrived bang on time and reassembled our oven door without any fuss or bother. He was courteous, polite and very efficient. I would not hesitate to use this firm again if required.

The engineer from NAC was absolutely brilliant. He realised immediately he saw our washing machine and spoke to my wife that the parts we had ordered for it were not necessary. Instead he used a hoover to remove gunged up material that had escaped from the cushion my wife should not have washed! He did this efficiently and then advised us how to use a washing machine cleaning fluid to bring the washing machine back to full usage. He even adjusted the machine to allow for any residual gunge to be flushed out.
Totally comprehensive and all done with a great communication style. We will definitely be using NAC for any repairs of appliances in our house based on this experience.

The company were well organised and informed us that the engineer coming out yo our house would phone. He did and we were informed we would have a time sent out to us the night before to inform us what time he would arrive.
