The engineer (Nathan) was thorough and knowledgeable. Booking an appointment was easy as was communication directly with the team. Really pleased the hob is now fully functional with a guarantee in place.

Engineer turned up at agreed time, quickly identified the problem with our dishwasher and the likely solution.
Returned with the required parts and fitted them.
In the course of his work, he discovered that he did not have to renew some of the parts he had ordered. He told me this was the case and reducuced his bill accordingly.
I will not hesitate tocontact NAC for any future repairs to kitchen equipment.
