Contact with Vicky at NAC was simple and efficient. She was friendly and clearly informed me of their charges. Engineer Andy kept me informed of his arrival time and when he arrived, made every effort to fix my appliance. Although he got it going for a while it failed again, the motor being the problem, he tried every source he could to find a replacement however it proved to be obsolete and the only option was a new drier. He then spent some time explaining the newer types of drier that are available which was very useful.

Engineer was Punctual , polite, knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing in detail, what problem was with my fridge
freezer and that part had be ordered in, gave me rough cost of part and timescale of receiving part or if out of stock. was updated with information about my order regularly. Great service and good value for money.

Everything about this repair for our leaking ice maker was excellent. From Vicky handling the call, to Leton providing 30 minutes notice of arrival and turning up on time.
The service was friendly and informative. I always like to know the details and we discussed failure modes and the solution throughout the repair.
