I called NAC Repair this morning about my faulty washing machine. Vicky was the agent on the phone and her customer service was excellent. Within minutes she had booked in the repair for 4 days from now. Very efficient. Thank you.
Communication was excellent throughout, a time slot was given and the engineer arrived on time. Costs are given very clearly. Unfortunately he was unable to fix the washing machine as the parts were no longer available. Would have no hesitation in using again.
Engineer Ross was very helpful and considerate, after clearing the fault he checked the appliance fully before leaving. He had an excellent knowledge of Samsung fridge/freezers.

He came on time, was very knowledgable about the problem but was unable to fix the washing machine as the part required obsolete. Very honest as initially replaced a part then realised that it wasn’t the problem so removed the part and no charge made only the call out fee. New washing machine purchased. Would recommend NAC for appliance repairs.
