Friendly and quick to respond

I rang this company this afternoon and spoke to a lady called Yvonne who was positive and engaging from the get-go. She fully explained everything to me so I felt very confident that the engineer from this company will be able to sort out the problem with my dishwasher.
I was so impressed by her excellent customer service skills, I have given a 5 star review. The engineer is due to come tomorrow, but I wanted to submit this review following my initial contact with this company.

From the initial phone call with Becky to the engineer that repaired the cooker the service and professionalism was perfection. I would not hesitate to use again. 10/10 for the whole service and amazing communication.

Having had another ‘engineer’ visit no less than 4 times, change the icemaker on our SMEG (£150+) and still have the same issues he began ignoring calls and promising to ‘get back to me’.

We called NAC, their engineer was accomplished, ppolite and knowledgeable. Turned out the previous guy had fitted a reconditioned unit which only worked intermittently.

New unit, lower cost and all fixed in a few days. Excellent experience and will call them for all similar issues we encounter in future.

Prompt service and good upfront explanation of costs. Will definitely use again in fhe future. Was really happy with the job done and timescale.
