From the first time I called I was confident the problem with my cooker would be solved. The engineer was polite and helpful. The problem was soon resolved. The communication was first class, if a little OTT about when to expect an visit and the requests for reviews!

I had a problem with my appointment at the last minute but the service was great and communication excellent. To compound the chaos caused by me, I cancelled as the engineer was almost with us.
