Called engineer in morning to confirm time, was a bit later than stated, but nothing compared to usual experiences of tradesmen.
He found his way and parked fine. I briefly described problem. He looked at faulty oven. Confirmed the parts he needed. Went back to his van. Got parts and fixed oven. Then advised me next steps and after payment, was gone. Exactly what you want off a repair man!
Excellent customer service from start to finish! Only had to wait a day for an engineer and the problem with my washing machine was sorted out and fixed on the day. I will definitely recommend this company.
Their response and availability for a visit were fast. Their technician has visited and assessed the problem. Correct parts have been quickly ordered and my fridge has been fully operational in a really short time.

So easy to arrange – really good communication via text message with plenty of options to cancel if necessary. Pricing very reasonable and the time frame in which the repair was carried out on our heat pump tumble dryer was done within a timely manner. Very efficient set up with regard to booking an engineer, then they delivered on expectations in relation to communication of the appointment and the appointment time itself.
Engineer arrived on time, was well equipped and knew his job and the microwave/convector oven model to be repaired.
He methodically inspected and tested the microwave and identified the fault. The fault couldn’t be repaired but he explained the issue well. The appliance was put back together and safety tested in relation to the working functions.
Polite engineer, clean and tidy worker, nice manner would use this firm again.

This morning the dishwasher ground to a stop! Wouldn’t switch off and had to pull the plug! Phoned NAC explained the situation. Within two hours of contacting the company I had a call to say Ashley was due in 30 minutes. Sure enough arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the fault and sorted it out. Machine is as good as new and at a fraction of the cost of a replacement. This is true customer service. Would highly recommend NAC without a doubt. Thank you so much ❤️
Found this company on the internet and had good reviews. Initial engineer came out quickly and diagnosed the problem with my cooker. Unfortunately when he was booked to return with the parts he was ill and I had to wait a further week for a replacement engineer. They sent someone from Leicestershire (I live in East Yorkshire), he arrived when he said he would and quickly replaced the damaged parts. Cooker now working ok. It was unfortunate about the indisposed engineer but I am very happy with how the company sorted this out. Would recommend them.
