The engineer arrived as promised in a modern, sign-written van, with a business uniform. The chap was friendly efficient and simply got on with the job. He did the work, put everything back as it should be, and there was no mess, no evidence that he’d been there, apart from my fridge freezer, which was now working. Excellent!

Becky was super helpful when I called NAC for an emergency engineer appointment to repair our fridge freezer. Luck was on our side, as a cancellation meant an engineer was available and was on site within 40 minutes of making the call. Harry was quick to diagnose the problem. New part required, but he managed to get the appliance working with a short-term fix. Brilliant service.
