The engineer, Faisal, kept me informed about when he would come. He was polite, tidy and very efficient. I’m very pleased with the job he did, I would definitely recommend him. He works for Excel Repairs through NAC.
Awesome service from start to finish, polite helpful initial enquiry, explained the costings, prompt attention, competent efficient engineer advised what parts were needed and advised the office would send through the cost, no pressure. Returned a couple of days later to fix everything, overall excellent service with affordable repairs.
The engineer sorted the problem quickly and the machine is now working perfectly again.

Very nice engineer very polite and respectful,I couldn’t open my washing machine door ,unfortunately my washing inside,it wasn’t a big job in the end ,but was so happy with the service received.
Easy to deal with. Arrived when promised, diagnosed fault and gave price to repair. Had to order parts but again arrived within a week when promised and quickly replaced parts. Working fine now. Kept in touch by text so we knew what was happening.
It was a pleasure to watch Steve go about the repair to my cooker. Clearly a man of experience who knew exactly what to do, and he went the extra mile to get everything right. No cut corners. In this day and age that can be a rare thing. Excellent service.
