Brilliant same day service. Booked a repair in the morning using the website by mid-day the repair had been done and the electric oven working again.

Your repair operative was punctual, polite and very clear in his summary of what needed doing to repair my fridge. The repair was carried our with no mess or disruption and he left the fridge in good working order. Very impressed with this service

Overall, the service was timely and carried out with care. There was a bit of an issue with the initial booking, but customer service could not have been more helpful and cleared up the issue quickly. The technician correctly diagnosed the issue and the parts were installed within the expected time frame. We will definitely recommend this company for service.

A very prompt, courteous and efficient response to my washing machine breakdown.

Didn’t expect the service to be as good as it was. Clear communication throughout, and they were able to spot the fault with the dishwasher quickly and solve it on their second visit. There were no hidden costs and everyone was great to deal with.

Good all round and pleasant

20 year old washing machine stopped working (drum would not rotate – thought was worn out brushes) – called to book a repair, very helpful, even got a call back to double check the model number code and local engineer was booked promptly. Arrived on time and confirmed it was the brushes, but unfortunately due to the age of the machine he did not have the exact same brushes required and has to go and source them.
Arranged to come back in two days and fixed it – now working perfectly again.
Very pleased with the prompt service and cost – total £141 (including all parts and labour) £96 call out charge including all labour and £45 for the brushes.
Good job and would definitely use again should another appliance fail. Top Job.
