Engineers that attended were knowledgeable and sorted the washing machine problem very promptly. To sum up it does what it said on the tin!!!

What happens when your beloved Bosch series 6 breaks down just out of warranty. You contact NAC. Appointment arranged and name of the engineer along with his mobile number sent to me. Bill did a fantastic clean and professional job. Replaced the faulty heater. Not an expensive repair. Call out fee really reasonable and parts not overcharged as some repairers might do. Very happy thanks

Fantastic quick response service at a reasonable price. My fridge freezer was making an alarming loud noise, I booked an engineer on line on the Sunday. I received prompt text confirmation the next day and the engineer arrived as promised on the 12th. He repaired the fan on the spot and my fridge freezer is now behaving itself. I was delighted.
