Excellent knowledgeable repair by Jamie of Bristol domestic appliance repairs to my Belling double oven .After waiting for British Gas to obtain a part for 14 days without succeeding and 3 long phone calls to gain a refund , calling and booking was easy , the appointment was as time allotted , the part was carried by the engineer and within 30 minutes my oven back to doing its job all by friendly interaction and obvious experienced engineer .

Great service. NAC sent an engineer the day after I called in our problem. They also put us directly in touch with the engineer which really helped. He identified the problem within minutes, explained it clearly, and returned a few days later to fit the parts that had to be ordered. We would recommend NAC to anyone.
