There are so many positive, and only positive, points to make! In no particular order, communication was excellent, calls and messages to confirm the appointment, provide time frame. The service itself, accurate assessment, punctuality, the gent didn’t mind my son almost leaning over him! We had a lovely chat too. And the oven is working, I can get to baking now! Very pleased and will recommend.

I called NAC having found them online (and been impressed by their recent reviews) after our microwave started having issues. One of their team came over the next day, found what was wrong, explained the issue, ordered the part needed, then came back and fitted it. I was delighted with the service and so happy that we could repair the microwave rather than having to buy a new one.

The repairer gave us advice. We had described the problem to your person who should have know what we needed to do. All we had to do was witch off the appliance until the ice that was touching the fan had melted.
