We called someone in to look at our fridge which wasn’t getting cold enough. The engineer immediately knew what the problem was and told us what to do to fix it. If the problem reoccurred within 2 weeks a new part would be required and there would be no further callout charge. We were happy with the service and advice we were given.

Excellent service with fixing the problem with the washing machine door…also reasonable price with the new part needed, would recommend them as they came out the next day.
Very Quick to come out to see what the fault was on my washer/ dryer. Had to order a part, phoned to give the price & should come to fit next week. I call that quick service, would use this company again if needed, staff very polite & helpful, would give 10 stars.
A careful analysis of the issues. Sadly, it was the compressor itself which had failed and the helpful engineer advised that it was probably not worth the cost of repair. However, the visit confirmed that the fridge/freezer was essentially a dead duck !
