The person answering the phone was very professional but also friendly in her approach, She explained the fee structure of the repair visit very clearly and gave a good explanation of how the appointment would be made.

A few details were requested, straight forward terms were clearly explained and an engineers visit was booked. Then the engineer rang within 10 minutes to confirm a date and time.
