Excellent service, great communication right from booking the appointment. The engineer was polite, arrived on time and worked for over an hour to get the job done. You couldn’t ask for more. 5 star service at a good price thank you NAC👍🏻
Booking was easy, communications were great, the engineer turned up when expected and he had to come 4 times in total to fit replacement parts with no extra charge.
All booked via online portal, no fuss or wait times like when trying to call customer service! Plenty of dates available, even next day, always something to fit around your schedule. Inspection was thorough and diagnostic result communicated well. In my case needed a part that engineer did not stock on van. But I was sent a text literally minutes later, to process the payment and get the part ordered asap. Message came through next day with a suitable appointment date. Really handy that you will get a text message from engineer once he finished previous client, so you don’t need to be hanging around. Would definitely recommend their service.

The engineer Darryn is a very nice chap, prompt, very polite and provided an excellent service. We have to a new part fitted to our dishwasher and Darryn very clearly explained the process going foward.

I found NAC online after trying to get an offical Siemens repair person out for my oven, which had stopped getting up to temperature. Unfortuantley they could not send anyone out for some time and therefor approached NAC, who was able to do it in a much quicker turn around time. Unfortunately Phillip was unable to access my oven initially but after some of my own investigations, I was able to find the extra cord length. I contacted Phillip directly who was able to fit me again, very quickly and complete the job and fix the oven in a good time frame. Very happy with the service and price!
