Repair person provide updates on order of the part required, was on time and advised times throughout process. Was very helpful and provided further info while completing the repair

We had contacted the manufacturers direct but they were not interested as the dishwasher was over 20 years old. As it was built in with a decor panel it was going to be a nightmare to replace. I booked a service engineer with NAC and was able to obtain an appointment within a couple of days. The engineer rang around 30 minutes before arrival to say he was on his way and completed the repair within a matter of minutes. He was very polite and everything went like clockwork. All very pleasing

When my faithful, but elderly, washing machine started to become agitated about a load that exceeded anything more than a pair of pants and a sock, I suspected its time had come and that the long irksome business of purchasing a replacement was about to begin. However, on the off chance that resuscitation was possible I contacted NAC to arrange a visit. The whole exercise was a joy from start to finish – all personnel were friendly and helpful, appointments were kept on time and I was kept informed of progress throughout. It transpired my fears of termination were groundless as the problem was diagnosed swiftly, the spare parts were acquired and installed within a couple of days. So, many thanks to the office staff and engineer for the process so much easier than originally anticipated
Freezer stopped freezing, rang NAC and explained situation. Appointment made for visit and billing details explained clearly. Contacted the evening before to confirm attendance and time frame. Engineer arrived on time, very smart and pleasant chap. Got straight to work, taking care with water from defrosting. Freezer repaired without any need for parts (blocked drain) and cleared up. Engineer explained what the problem was and why it had affected the freezer. Very happy with the service from start to finish and a lot cheaper than buying a new fridge freezer. Now in my useful numbers book and would use again without hesitation.

Having been ripped off by a local tradesperson I called NAC after seeing the positive reviews. They were very responsive and allowed me to choose the appointment day which was helpful. Ian arrived on time and was very polite and friendly and quickly identified the problem. He informed me that the repair would be very costly and that it would be more economical to buy a new washing machine. Whilst it was not what I wanted to hear I was grateful for the advice, he clearly knew what he was talking about and there was no messing around as there was with the previous person I called in. I was reassured by the service Ian provided and would recommend NAC.
Our Neff oven had stopped working. It blew the switch on the consumer unit when trying to use the oven. It seemed like the element. On reporting this, an appointment was made only a couple of days later.
Our engineer arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He did diagnose the element and had it replaced extremely promptly, plus thev bulb for the main oven which had failed.
All in all a quick and clean job. We are most happy with the result.
