My experience with kitchen appliance repairs has not been great in the past. What a refreshing change this has been. Booking online was really easy & from booking at 9.00 pm one day & having the engineer at my door within 12 hours takes some beating. The engineer was knowledgeable and very polite and efficient. He sorted the fault promptly with no addition to the not unreasonable call-out charge and offered to return foc should the fault reappear. Couldn’t have asked for a better service.
We had a fault with the pump on our dishwasher and that was diagnosed quickly and accurately. Parts had to be ordered, so we then had to wait until we got back from holiday for the repair, but that was also done quickly and successfully. We enjoyed a prompt call-out service (same day) and an effective repair. All in all, pretty good value and a great service. I’d fully recommend them.

Engineer was brilliant! Sorted blocked washing machine and also advised that bearings may be on its way out and to avoid overloading or even underloading the machine.
First class repair for my 20 year old Samsung fridge freezer. I thought I might need to buy a new one as thought parts might be an issue but thankfully not. Prompt response to my enquiry. The engineer arrived on time and cleared up after. Quote was sent within an hour. Payed on line and booked in…my fridge now sounds brand new even though it doesn’t look it. Happy Days 😊 Thankyou
