First time using NAC and extremely impressed. On Saturday afternoon went online to book an oven repair. Within an hour the engineer rang me and agreed a visit for 2 days later. The engineer rang me on the day to say he was on the way. He resolved the problem very quickly and was professional and polite throughout. Also the price was very reasonable. Would definitely use NAC again.
The engineer arrived on time,as promised, and showed patience and skill in a thorough examination of my fridge freezer. His experienced advice on how to best maintain the fridge and control it’s cost on a daily and regular basis ( my reason for requesting a visit) gave me confidence and will, I’m sure, prove valuable.
