Easy to book an appointment and engineer came the next day. A little disappointing when we received a text message to give us an appointment time it wasn’t more time specific, between 10 and 4 is basically any time. But did receive a phone call from engineer giving us about 15 minute warning he was on his way. Friendly engineer who soon put the fault right.

Very pleased with the whole experience. Came out and repaired my microwave oven. Very friendly, explained the problem and ordered a new part for the repair. When the new part arrived they came back straight away and completed the repair. The engineer was very courteous, friendly and professional.

I thought I’d have to buy a new dishwasher because it just wouldn’t even switch off!
But a quick call to NAC and it was repaired for very minimal cost the same day…in fact less than three hours from the initial phone call. It works really well now and I’m absolutely delighted with the service.
