Easy to book an appointment and all charges explained clearly. The service engineer came out on the day and time stated and was professional and efficient. The oven needed some new parts – the process for approving the ordering of these was very straightforward and booking a follow up appointment was easy and convenient. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again if needed.
Kate, who I spoke to this morning, was cheerful, very knollagable ( she wasn’t as ahorrified by the twenty years of age of my device as I thought she might be)
She explained that the service & call out charge is £75.00 +parts on top – pretty much what you would exspect, I have arranged a call out for Monday, and we’ll see what happens, hopefully it can be saved.
I did explain what was wrong with it, & kate sounded like she’d heard of this kind of fault happening to others, & if that was the only problem, then she said she was confident that it could be fixed.
