It was easy and quick to set up an appointment.Communication was very good as it was for a family member with Alzheimer’s disease it was quite complicated but everything went very smoothly,the problem was fixed and the engineer was very understanding.

I had my washing machine repaired recently. The booking process was easy and I received good communication from NAC and the person who fixed the machine. Pricing was fair, payment easy. He turned up on time, diagnosed, ordered and fitted a new part which fixed my machine in under a week for under £90. Would recommend and use again
