An engineer came out the same day that we contacted the company to check our washer/dryer and once he reported the repair needed back to the company, they contacted me the same day with an appointment to come out and fix the machine, I highly recommend NAC.

James, the electrical engineer, had to come 4 times to trace the problem and order the parts before our induction cooker was finally repaired – it was NOT an easy fix! He worked incredibly hard to locate the fault and SUCCESS 🤩! We have a working cooker! I’m not sure I’d recommend the cooker but I’d definitely recommend NAC and James to get to the bottom of and fix any issue! Thank you James – we’re all really grateful not to have to use the camping stove anymore 🤣🙏🏻 👍🏻!
