I was kept informed regarding the appointment via email and text.
Casey the engineer arrived on time diagnosed and repaired the fault in no time.
He kept the work area very tidy and moped up any spills. He offered some very useful advice to avoid the problem reoccurring.
All in all a great service provided by great people at sensible price.

Within 5 minutes of arrival, the engineer was able to confirm our fears – our 16 years old washing machine could not be repaired as Miele no longer made or stocked the parts.

Quick response upon booking over the phone , simple process explained what would happen next . Received email and phone call within few hours confirming day and time slot for my visit . On the day engineer Jamie from bristoldomesticappliancerepairs came to fix my oven within the timeframe given , quickly identified the fault ,had a replacement part on board and within 30 minutes had taken oven apart , replaced faulty part and tested to confirm working , he explained why and what was replaced in a friendly manner . This was in complete contrast to the service, I had refunded from British gas whom after an initial call out 2 weeks later had not obtained the part and took umpteen calls to get a refund from . Going forwards I know where I can get proper knowledgeable service without any fuss to repair all of my domestic appliances , and are cheaper , thanks Jamie .

Booked my appointment online it was really easy and received instant confirmation of my appointment .
The Engineer (Karvel) turned up on time and completed my repair with no fuss or bother knew exactly what he was doing got straight on with the job and was very helpful and in formative on what the issue was keeping me aware of what he was going to do. Would highly recommend NAC repair to all.

My experience started with a conversation with a delightful young lady in the call centre who made all the arrangements. Within minutes of making the booking my engineer Mark rang to confirm the details and arrangedctge visit. My issue was with a cooker hood no longer functioning. There where issues with the hood positioning, but Mark worked out how he could resolve that and then fixed the problem. Brilliant, I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again
