The engineer was extremely friendly and did an excellent job.
Very good and speedy service, reported the fault on my Neff oven on the Monday morning and the engineer was with us the same day. He secured the oven door and ordered the part that was required. The part arrived and was fitted on the Friday.
The engineers name was Ashley, he was polite and efficient and my oven is now back to full working order.

the engineer Daryl came and said needed new door lock which he ordered and returned in two days to fix
,he was extremely courteous and explained everything in detail and had a very friendly manner.
