On time appointment, and helped show what was wrong with our dishwasher (sensor), so we could easily fix it ourselves should it happen again.
Also gave us some good advice for our fridge which has been icing up.

Good communication and a quick repair. Knew exactly what the issue was with our dishwasher, and fixed it straight away. Much cheaper than having to replace the whole thing.
My washing machine stopped draining on the Friday night of a Bank Holiday weekend (machines just ‘know’ don’t they?!) I drained it manually but couldn’t get it to function properly. So…
I booked a repair online, the repair man was the same man who came a few years ago 🙂 He was polite and knows his job really well.
Within days of it going wrong (Bank Holiday weekend remember) my machine is up and running again.
I only paid the call fee as no parts were required this time, the call fee is reasonable as it’s a flat fee rather than an hourly rate too.
I highly recommend this company, this is the second time I have used them in a few years, last time was for my dishwasher, and both experiences have been really good.
