Sadly the fridge was unrepairable, but NAC were extremely helpful and I would use them again.

I did appreciate all the updates. The engineer quickly diagnosed the fault and repaired it. The engineer was very proffessional, efficient, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. The communication was outstanding, got phone call with updates, an appointment in two days, needed parts, ordered and delivered quickly, washing machine fixed withing a week of the phone call.
