Very fast,same day, response to request for repair. Engineer arrived at the appointed time and investigated reason for failure and undertook to order replacement parts. Engineer returned a few days later and completed repair and tested machine which is now back in service. The engineer was very polite and informative.
Spoke to Rebecca about our washing machine issue. She seemed really nice and helpful. Just waiting on engineers call.
