Good Communication. Easy to book repair. Engineer contacted me on the day of the repair to let me know what time they would arrive. They were on time, polite and carried out the repair. I was very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use NAC in the future.

Dishwasher broke down and I booked the appointment on the NAC website. Pricing was clear and I chose to pay immediately. There were plenty of choices for appointments, some even for the next day. There were no weekend appointments. On the evening before I got a text and an email confirming the date. I was given a time slot- mine was a 4 hour slot. You can click to change the date if you need to. On the morning of the appointment I got a text at 7am ish to say the person would be with that morning and that I was number 2 on his lists. At 8.10am I got another message saying he was en route and he arrived at 8.20am. He was there about 45 mins and fixed the dishwasher! No extra costs. I would definitely use the company again and recommend them

The NAC engineer came and did a very thorough examination and provided a detailed explanation of the diagnosis, giving all the possible options to proceed. He gave me confidence in his knowledge and was always very willing to help.
He fixed the appliance, and I am very happy with the results and how he managed it. I totally recommend this company, and in the future will call them directly. Don’t waste your money with another company.

Excellent service from the moment I called. Next day repair was offered but I was going out so they came the day after, Engineer called in the morning to let me know when he would be with me and he had the part needed on his van to fix the LED screen on my fridge freezer.
