The initial online booking process was very simple and straightforward.
The call out cost was fully explained.
The engineer arrived in the allocated time slot with a useful update when he was actually on his way.
He very quickly diagnosed the problem and gave a full explanation as to the issue.
The engineer was very polite and left the property very clean and tidy, with no evidence of him having been there.

Excellent service, booked Wednesday evening and came Friday morning. Engineer identified the problem immediately and completed the job without any part’s needed. I have no problems recommending NAC and I would use them again due to their professional attitude and efficiency.
