Excellent service by a very knowledgeable service engineer.

We needed an urgent callout and a very nice man was there in less than 24 hours. He showed us exactly what the problem was and although he did not have the relevent part with him, he came back and finished the job very quicky. Would highly recommend this company and they will be my ‘go to’ in the future.

Jack was a convivial repair man. Straight up front but in a nice way. He got straight on with the job and was very methodical. It was a pleasure to meet him.

An engineer was sent to my address within an hour or so of me getting in contact with NAC. Coby was absolutely brilliant, he temporarily fixed the appliance and explained everything to me. He was very patient and did an excellent job. He then came back once the new part had arrived and completed the repair promptly. Again, he explained what was done and did a great job. NAC were also brilliant when I had to reschedule at late notice due to my son being sick. The lady on the phone was very understanding and sorted it out within 5 minutes. I had a great experience, very happy and would 100% use again.
