Quick and efficient booking service, offered next day appointment for engineer if required. Engineer turned up at the alloted time and gave an honest opinion on repair needed and the cost. All good.

He was able to come out to us the following day and fix our oven, had parts with him and he was knowledgeable, polite and tidy.
Really easy to book. The technician then gave an estimate of the arrival time and kept to it. Quickly worked out problem and arranged further visit to return when part available. Second visit equally efficient.
