Well after Go Assist who came round was gone in less than two min’s said I needed two knew switches, wanted £142, pounds before they would come and fit them, I contacted nacrepair.co.uk paid £110:40 for them to come and check what was needed doing, it turn out the engineer all he had to do was reset the cooker he was very good he explained everything to me, it was all knew to me. Big thank you NAC repair company, as for So Assist they need looking at They charge me £139:00 pounds for someone to come they were in two min’s said I needed two know switches wanted to charge me £142:00 pounds to fit them. shocking

I was let down by another company with multiple no shows. Booked with NAC instead, on Friday afternoon for a fridge freezer repair. Their online booking form gave Monday as a possible slot.

They showed up promptly and fixed the repair. Their communications were good. I’d happily recommend and use again.

NAC’s technician, Taylor Painter, was polite, friendly and efficient. He took the trouble to contact us before his visit and rang to inform us when he was on his way to our home, (20 mins notice) much appreciated. He explained what actions he was taking and offered helpful advice. He worked in a tidy and efficient manner & carried out the repair promptly. All in all, an excellent job.

Excellent service engineer arrived on time very pleasant and helpful. Had txt day before with a time slot and a txt on the day to say the engineer was on their way.

Easy, online booking. Engineer was very polite and quickly identified the problem. After removing the inbuilt appliance he refitted the drive belt and put the washing machine on a spin cycle to prove the repair. An excellent service and will be recommending to friends and family.
