I was extremely impressed with the service I received and would highly recommend the engineer who came to deal with my washing machine. He was well presented, courteous and very efficient, The back up administration has been equally professional and I will certainly recommend this company.

He fixed the problem, after asking relevant questions and doing appropriate checks.
I paid the price stipulated in advance.
He left.

Second time I have used these guys. Moved into a new house, American fridge freezer leaking. Technician attended and sorted the issue within half an hour. Amazing! Please use these guys before you think of binning your appliances.

There was a fault on the motor on my Bosch washing machine, and had to be replaced. Repair was carried out brilliantly, couldn’t fault the service and workmanship by your engineer.
