Texted appointment time, came next day and fixed it within the hour. Fixed labour/call out of £95. So no concerns about a big bill racking up. Really brilliant set up.

had a very good experience with NAC with fixing our washing machine.The engineer was very pleasant and capable they ordered the parts i needed and fitted them within a few days would recommend them.
My only gripe is the callout fee a little expensive
