Arranged via the website on Thursday evening for a call out and they were here Friday afternoon. Great communication and James the technician was extremely professional and instantly knew what needed doing. Extremely grateful and worth every penny!

I’ve used NAC before so was already happy to use them again. An Engineer (Leton) was available next day (even though I wasn’t!) He communicated really well with me, turned up bang on time, and fixed my problem really quickly – lovely guy all round – thanks Leton!
The lady I spoke to on the phone was helpful and very polite. She arranged a visit that would suit me and told me the price up front and explained about any other costs. The repair man that came out again was very helpful and very informative. Explained to me the issue in way that I could understand and gave me helpful advice moving forward. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using this company again in the future
The company is good at booking and then sending out an engineer to look at the problem. They do insist that the engineer contact you before they arrive to ensure that you are in and expecting them, but that’s not unreasonable. It took a couple of weeks for the dishwasher to be fixed as they had to order a part for it, but once the part was available the engineer arrived promptly (again phoned first) and sorted the problem quickly. The company wanted payment up front before the engineer was sent out, but the cost was reasonable.
